Shri 1008 Dharmanath The Jain temple (Dharmagiri) Bambavde

There is Shri 1008 Dharmanath Tirthankar Jain Temple (Dharmagiri) on Shirala to Bambavade on the hill south of the village. This area is 100 years old. Shri 1008 Dharmanath Tirthankar

Raised in a farming family, Maharaj was engaged in farming and wrestling.. At the age of 18 years he married, and after one year his wife died. On 11/11/1925 at Sadalga Na (Tal. Chikodi, Dist. Belgaum) Then he took sulge diksha with the auspicious hand of Paramapujya 108 Adisagar Maharaj was taken. Later, Acharya took muni diksha with the auspicious hand of Shantisagar ji was taken.
